Undergraduate Thesis

Submission

Thesis will be submitted in both print and digital format.

Print Submission:

The thesis document must be professionally bound and three copies are required by the school (students may choose to make additional personal copies). Students pay all bindery and shipping costs.

Submit three bound copies to the ASO - Academic Services Office. One copy for the Library, one copy for your Research Instructor, and one copy will be returned to you. Communicate with your Studio Instructor whether he/she wants a bound copy; in this case submit four copies. If you plan to display one bound book at GradShow, then plan to make another one.

Spine Label Convention

Leave a one-inch space at the base of your spine for a library spine label. Review examples in the library.

Digital Submission:

Digital submission must be in Optimized PDF format. PDFs may be interactive. Your thesis should be one single document in single page layout – no spreads. Additional instructions for submission will be provided by your instructor.
